Over more than a decade I’ve gotten experiences across the lifecycle – from incorporation and building the first product, all the way to issuing bonds funding billion dollar acquisitions.
I thrive helping founders and management teams worry less about finance by incorporating a natural understanding of metrics and impact, to understand what levers they can pull to bring the most value.
Startup operator experience

- 5 years of experience within Citi’s Corporate Banking division helping large global companies raise money.

- Worked on large range of transactions, from Private Equity LBOs to structured finance for aviation and shipping portfolios.

Need to present a financial strategy for your board? Raising new capital? Or maybe just trying to understand which GTM channels are most effective to double down on growth?
Typical projects include:
- Budgets / modelling of growth plans
- Fundraising from Venture Capital (VC) or other equity investors
- Debt & bank financing, including negotiation of terms and long-form documentation
Embedded leadership
Monthly retainer, 8+ hours per week
If you need consistent support at the management level, I can offer embedded services as Fractional CFO.
This solution is often best for startups or smaller companies, that don’t need a full time CFO but still want strategic input and oversight.
I’ll be fully embedded into the team, including tech stack and weekly/monthly meetings and cadences, such as MBRs and QBRs as required.
This option requires an initial 2 month commitment of 8+ hours per week.
